At Pohapati, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. However, we understand that sometimes things change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for purchases made on our platform.

1. Test Series (One-Time Payment)

Refunds and Cancellation are not available once the package is activated but You may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided that less than 5% of the course content has been accessed or completed. No refunds will be issued after the 24 hour window or if a significant portion of the course has been accessed. 2. PDF Purchases (One-Time Payment)

Refunds and Cancellation are not available once the purchased and downloaded PDF. You can view free PDF contents for Demo before purchasing.

3. Pro Membership Subscriptions ( quarterly,semi-annual, or annual)

Refunds and Cancellation are not available once the Pro Membership is activated. There maybe special ocassion like wrong subscription or some mistakes etc, Provided No Significant content is accessed.

4. Free Trials

Free Trials If your subscription started with a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. No refunds are issued once a trial converts to a paid plan.
