Porhapati we operates the Porhapati web and mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices. This policy covers both the web and Android app platforms.

Account & Authentication

You can create an account using email/password or sign in with Google. When you register or sign in we collect and store the minimal profile details required to provide the service: name, email address, mobile number, and profile image (if you provide one).

Email sign-in and Google sign-in are supported.
We store: name, email, mobile number, and profile image to personalize your experience.
We do not store authentication credentials for third-party providers; OAuth tokens are handled by the provider and our auth flow.

Usage data: interaction with mock tests, progress, analytics and app feature usage.
Support data: messages you send to our support channels and diagnostic logs needed to troubleshoot issues.

Payments

We process payments using a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. When you make a purchase, payment is handled on Razorpay's secure pages and APIs. We do not collect, store, or process your raw payment card details or other sensitive payment information on our servers.

We may retain transactional metadata (order id, amount, timestamp, payment status, and gateway reference) required for receipts, refunds, and accounting, but we never store full payment credentials.
